A man named Ethan Winters just received a message from his wife Mia Winters who was been missing for the past 3 years. She is located in Dulvey, Louisiana so Ethan must find and search her about what happened to her when she was gone for so long. Ethan finds Mia in an Old House probably abandoned, but there's something wrong with Mia she becomes feral and attacks Ethan like a Wild Animal. It turns out she wasn't the only one who was trying to kill Ethan, A Family called The Bakers are Dangerous Killers except for a woman named Zoe Baker who was the only that is not Insane or infected like her family, she told Ethan that her Family and so his wife Mia who were infected by a Fungus that was created by a Little Girl named Eveline that she was the responsible for turning her family into Monsters. Ethan must end this Nightmare and save Mia and Zoe's Family
