Two months had passed since the events in the Arklay Mansion, and the remaining members of Alpha and Bravo were successfully extracted from the site. However, the same disease rampaged through the nearby Raccoon City, and completely overwhelmed the once bustling metropolis and its people, turning the city into a nightmare.
