The film's physical antagonist. A former Soviet soldier subjected to super-soldier experiments, he's stronger, bigger, and more durable than any normal man. The serum gave him feminine features—a dissonance that makes him unsettling to look at. He's a mercenary, a sadist, and a force of nature. Ma calls him her "nuclear option." He destroys Frank's apartment, kills Max, and forces Frank to get creative. He's the "clown-show" opponent—absurd, terrifying, and ultimately defeated by Frank's brain, not his brawn.
