Synopsis

Opening has Tim and Steph foiling an auction being hosted by famous Gotham pirate Tiger Shark. The auction had smuggled Greek art which attracted the attention of one Maxie Zeus, a crime lord in Gotham who thinks he's the actual Zeus reincarnated. A new astrology themed villain has emerged calling himself the Zodiac Master, who has been predicting disasters soon to fall Gotham City. 2nd half has Steph's father Arthur Brown(The villain known as The Cluemaster) wanting Steph to visit him for his court case is coming up, against it at first Tim convinces her to visit him. While at the asylum Tim notices the inmates seem fearful, more scared than usual which leads Tim to investigate what shady things are happening at the asylum. Finale has Cluemaster winning the court case, and back at his life of crime plotting revenge on the people who fired and wronged him and his family from his game show "Aspiring Millionaires" him during a restructuring of the game show during its 3rd season.

Description of Zodiac Master (???):

The Zodiac Master is an astrology themed enemy of Red Robin who emerged in Gotham and started to predict disasters soon to befall the city. He then proceeded to secretly orchestrate the incidents himself in order to demonstrate his ostensible psychic powers. Having built a reputation in Gotham City, he then started to offer his supposed astrological skills to criminals, promising to foretell the outcome of their plans in exchange for money.
