Opening has Tim and Steph foiling an auction being hosted by famous Gotham pirate Tiger Shark. The auction had smuggled Greek art which attracted the attention of one Maxie Zeus, a crime lord in Gotham who thinks he's the actual Zeus reincarnated. A new astrology themed villain has emerged calling himself the Zodiac Master, who has been predicting disasters soon to fall Gotham City. 2nd half has Steph's father Arthur Brown(The villain known as The Cluemaster) wanting Steph to visit him for his court case is coming up, against it at first Tim convinces her to visit him. Description of Lock-Up (Lyle Bolton):

Lyle Bolton was a security expert at Arkham Asylum, his methods were unconventional for his use of excessive force. He planned revenge on all those who stood in his way, all those he blamed for the misery of Gotham. The plan failed though, as Red Robin and The Spoiler stopped him. He was later imprisoned at Arkham itself, but thought of it as beneficial, since he could keep an eye on all the inmates.
