Description of Theodora:

She is not well described physically in the books. She is a Rose, a subset of highly-desired Pinks. Supposedly she is older than many Pinks, although the age-range for what is considered old for Pinks is unknown. From that we can assume she was exceedingly beautiful, and would look like someone in their 40's or 50's.
