jwmj22 Moseley has the face but not the build or size for a Darrow. Keep in mind Darrow is ridiculously HUGE as a Gold. He’s described as “just over 7 feet tall” in Golden Son, and described as “thick as a tree”. Darrow and the Golds are going to need to physically look like we’re watching the sequel to 300. This actor is going to have to be able to pull off that kind of frame for his transformation to be as shocking as it should be (like Captain America on steroids). I think it needs to be an actor who’ll appear large compared to the other men on screen. Moseley is only 5’10”, so if you’re going with him, Darrow isn’t going to be the physically imposing bad ass he is in the books without special effects. Maybe Moseley can play the Red version but i can’t see the transformed Gold version. Liam Hemsworth has the size and look for the Gold version. There may be a younger unknown actor out there with the stature and presence, but if you cast this role wrong and make Gold Darrow flimsy the whole thing will fall flat. This is a really important role to get right.
