Seasons 1-3 (Chapters 1-6 RDR2) Dutch van der Linde, and his gang of Outlaws, escape from Blackwater to start anew in a new area. The story revolves around tough, silent, and brooding Arthur Morgan as he helps out Dutch's gang, hoping to pull off one last major heist. Season 4 (Epilogue RDR2) After the death of Arthur Morgan saving John Marston, years later, we see John Marston and his family, and how they are holding up. Season 5 (RDR1) John Marston, who is living life with his family, is wretched back into the Outlaw life, as he is forced to hunt down his fellow surviving gang members, or die. Season 6 (RDR1 Epilogue) After the death of John Marston, years later Jack Marston, John Marston's son, decides to find Edgar Ross, and put an end to this forever.
