Story Plot

Wade Watts is now the owner of GSS. He has billions of dollars at his disposal. When a new kind of VR headset is unveiled, he is first in line to use it, but is it safe? Anorak, James Halliday's AI NPC has released a new infirmware update for the ONI headset, and it stops users from being able to log out of the OASIS. Wade and the other members of the High Five must find the Seven Shards of the Siren's Soul to save everyone, including themselves, from Anorak.
