Description of Chai:

Chai is a minor character of Disney’s film, Raya and the Last Dragon. Chai lives in Talon. When Raya is on her mission to get the Dragon Gem from Dang Hai, she finds Chai instead. He tells her that he's not Dang Hai and that "the most vicious chief Talon has ever seen" has the Dragon Gem piece. Chai does not seem concerned with Raya pointing a sword at him. It's unknown why Chai is in Dang Hai's house, though we can guess it's to put flowers on Dang Hai's altar since he has a basket of flowers and Dang Hai's statue has flowers on it. He seems to be out of it, as he lets the flowers fall out of his basket and onto the floor apparently without noticing.
