Brad Barr (Bill Hader) all of a sudden comes into a large amount of money when his dad, Howard, passes away. Along with the millions he also receives the deed to his father mansion and his fathers very successful pest control business which Brad had been working for the past 2 years. Brad discovers an unfinished rat based superhero costume along with several letters and emails from his fathers arch nemesis, Brad realises his fathers old nemesis is planning on torturing the city of New York.
