Clinton Tyree is a Gulf War veteran and former college football star who successfully ran for the postion of Florida State Governer, but was not prepared for the amount of corruption and sleaze that ran throughout the state and when he attempted to expose them, the powers that controlled Florida suborned all the other States to overthrow him and Victor Ochoa took his place. Depressed and disheartened by the betrayal, Tyree faked his own death and retreated to the wilderness, becoming the infamous demented environmentalist-cum-hobo named "Skink".
