Inspired by Matthew Gentile's "American Murderer", Public Enemy #1 tells the true story of Robert William Fisher, One of America's most wanted men who has been on the run since 2001 and the investigation into finding him. By all accounts, The former Navy Seal and Firefighter seemed to have it all. But behind closed doors, Fisher was a domineering and controlling man who held power over his wife Mary and their 2 children, Brittney and Bobby. Then, On April 10th, 2001, A massive explosive ripped through the Fisher Household. Mary and the kids would be found dead amidst the carnage. But Robert was no where to be found. What started out as a serious house fire quickly became one of the most complex homicide investigations in FBI History.
