As a child he witnessed his mother get murdered by his psychiatrist father, after that he refused to trust any psychiatrists all throughout his childhood. I’m present day he works at Arkham Asylum, it was the only place that was hiring. He soon comes across an artifact that changes everything. With its powers he can finally let go of the lock around his emotions and he soon becomes a threat to any and all who cross him. He’s The Psycho Pirate. read more

Description of Digger Harkness (Captain Boomerang):

Throughout the story the squad come very close to capturing Psycho Pirate but during another chase through Gotham the group gets separated and that’s when Psycho Pirate strikes, he whispers in Boomerang’s thoughts and makes him attack Tim Drake and Harper Row. But his plan to kill the two would be detectives had consequences for Tim that would change his life forever.
