Roger Hayden has always been emotionally closed off from the rest of the world. As a child he witnessed his mother get murdered by his psychiatrist father, after that he refused to trust any psychiatrists all throughout his childhood. I’m present day he works at Arkham Asylum, it was the only place that was hiring. He soon comes across an artifact that changes everything. With its powers he can finally let go of the lock around his emotions and he soon becomes a threat to any and all who cross him. He’s The Psycho Pirate. read more

Description of Brother Blood:

At the end of The film Psycho Pirates body is found by Brother Blood who saves his life after nearly dying in his battle with Tim Drake. He offers him a job with H.I.V.E. and helping his boss with a family matter, mainly controlling the emotions of the boss’s daughter to prevent further damage.
