charlesverrier Stratt is described as mid 40's (the only description of her in the book), but in my head she's relatively tall and nordic looking. She needs to have a degree of maturity so should not be cast too young give the authority she has to project.

eddietorres I think Birgitte Hjort Sørensen would be PERFECT! She was the German lead of the Acapella group das sound machine in pitch perfect 2 if you want a reference. Perfect!
