Cartoon Extended Multiverse (Phase Two: The Real Fun Begins)
In 1965, as part of a test to see whether or not Earth meet standards to join the Galactic Union of Worlds, the Universal Peace Corps send their youngest member, Papi of the planet Radion, to Earth to keep an eye on it's inhabitants, and assist them if need be. On the way, however, his rocket is accidentally intercepted, causing him to crash land on a small rural farm in West Virginia. As the kindly Worthy family nurse "Bobby" back to health, he finds both allies and enemies in his mission for peace, confusing him about the nature of the human race. Do Earth's people deserve hope, or are they better off destroying themselves? One thing's for sure: he's not deciding it without a fight against a giggling martian sorcerer and a planet-conquering golem with a razor-sharp pocket watch.
