Description of Tao Chang (Swifto):

Chang is a supporting character and a 'Blade-User'. He is an older man who resigned from being a government agent after he allegedly overheard a disturbing dialogue between Senator Baltock and especially the President about experimenting 'Power-Users' and making them an army of their own. After years of settling in a small village, he met Zack and Jenda while they were evading the government. Chang told them of the event that led to his retirement and vowed to aid Zack in controlling his abilities. He needs to utilize his experience, superb martial arts, and dual-wielded chain swords again to support Zack and the others through the unknowing trials.
