Description of Jonathan Excus Pendragon (Commander Excus):

Excus is a serving antagonist/protagonist, the descendant of King Arthur, and a 'Sword-User'. He is an emotionless superior rank as a strategist who has the rare Sword-User ability to alter and control magic with his sword. Despite his quiet demeanor, Commander Pendragon has not realized the corruption that has infiltrated his comrades and the government because of Baltock. It is only a matter of time before it becomes apparent to Commander Excus after tracking down Zack and his friends.
