Synopsis

After the Dark Line attacks the town of South Park, CO, Mr. Garrison reforms the Rainbow Line in order to combat this new threat. Using the power of imagination, and the morphing grid. And on the way, they find more trains and learn more about the Dark Line.

Description of Herbert Garrison (Mr. Conductor):

Herbert Garrison is the Conductor of the Rainbow Line Express. Prior to becoming the conductor and teacher, he was a member of the original Train Quasar Guardians, alongside Ted and Victoria. He is an eccentric and enigmatic man, he is also openly LGBT and considers the Rainbow Line an expression of his sexuality and gender identity. He also has a sentient puppet named Mr. Monkey to keep him company, and to punch holes in tickets for passengers riding the train.
