In the year 3000, a criminal mutant named Ransik escapes custody, supposedly kills Red Ranger Alex, and flees to the year 2001 with a cryogenic prison of villains. Four Time Force officers follow him back in time and recruit Wes Collins, Alex’s ancestor, to unlock their morphers and defeat Ransik's army.
