Fan Casting Wayne Thomas in Power Rangers High Noon

An eccentric billionaire with a vendetta against the Power Rangers dating as far back as the Mighty Morphin' era. During a battle against one of Rita Repulsa's monsters, Wayne's wife Martha was accidentally killed by a collapsing abandoned building destroyed by the Megazord, fueling Wayne's hatred for all Power Rangers as he began plotting their downfall while hoping that one of the villains they would fight would have the means to bring his wife back. After many false starts trying to form alliances with every Power Rangers villain he could find, Wayne finally found Turbonicus and made himself the alien villain's right-hand man. Afterward, Wayne builds his own Power Morpher to copy the Power Rangers' abilities and become an evil Power Ranger to fight his foes one-on-one. Although Wayne is motivated by love and is well aware of Turbonicus's villainy, he considers it a necessary evil in his quest to avenge his wife. “Black Dragon Ranger, make my monster grow!”
