Originally an inhabitant of Eltar named Zaban and contemporary of Zordon, the man who would become Turbonicus was once a treasure hunter who slowly became obsessed with the precious metals of the universe to the point where he invaded hundreds of planets for their metals that he could sell to the highest bidder. Eventually, Zaban, now known as Turbonicus, amassed a large intergalactic criminal empire that has conquered entire galaxies for their metals and now sets his sights on Earth. However, his invasion attempt was repelled by a team of Power Rangers inhabiting Golden Falls in the Old West, and Turbonicus was sealed away for hundreds of years before Wayne Thomas freed him.
