A former ally of Rita Repulsa, Lokar hails from the Talos Dimension where he reigns supreme, allowing him to survive the Z-Wave by simply staying out of the Countdown to Destruction and remaining in his dimension with Scorpina. Upon learning of Lord Zedd being defeated yet again by the Cosmic Fury Power Rangers, Lokar decided that enough was enough and began crafting a plot to destroy the universe and create a new one of pure evil. The only ones who know Lokar is their leader are Scorpina, Gasket & Archerina, Squatt & Baboo, Count Dregon, Venjix, Lothor, and Octoroo.
