The personal Zord built for Wayne Thomas to use in his Black Dragon Ranger form, based on a Zord from another dimension used by an evil version of the legendary Tommy Oliver. Unlike most Zords, the Black Dragon seems to have a mind of its own and is quite polite for a villainous Zord with free will.
