Synopsis

Tommy Oliver, best known from his countless Ranger titles, is now the head of an organization called the Hexagon. In 2003, Hexagon recruits three people as their Rangers. However, not all Rangers are on the side of the government, as there are rebel Rangers, known as the Beetle Rangers.

Description of Snipster:

Snipster is a rabbit/scissors monster, created by Zurgane and Archerina to cause chaos at Turtle Cove during a peace conference. Snipster's signature ability which allows him to cause conflict between people. By slashing his blades with red energy at an area between the victims, he can cause them to disagree with each other and in turn make them argue. Snipster is sneaky, cunning, and loves to cause chaos on the people and have them argue at each other, though he has shown loyalty to Zurgane and Archerina.
