Synopsis

Tommy Oliver, best known from his countless Ranger titles, is now the head of an organization called the Hexagon. In 2003, Hexagon recruits three people as their Rangers. However, not all Rangers are on the side of the government, as there are rebel Rangers, known as the Beetle Rangers.

Description of Shimazu:

Shimazu is a peacock-based general who is recruited by Lokar as part of his Neo United Alliance of Evil. Shimazu is calm, quiet, manipulative, sadistic, and very cunning. He will take his missions both seriously and offensively. Despite his amusing personality and antics, he is a treacherous and merciless trickster. He relishes the thought of being in control of a situation, which leads him to conspire alongside Vexacus to trick Zurgane and eventually overthrow Lothor. His also creates his Masked Monsters that based on body parts.
