Synopsis

Tommy Oliver, best known from his countless Ranger titles, is now the head of an organization called the Hexagon. In 2003, Hexagon recruits three people as their Rangers. However, not all Rangers are on the side of the government, as there are rebel Rangers, known as the Beetle Rangers.

Description of Lokar:

Lokar is a pure evil and psychopathic native to the Talos Dimension. After his defeat by the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Lokar went into hiding and started to build an army of his own. He recruited the remaining villains who survived Zordon's Energy Wave, creating the Neo United Alliance of Evil. As the series progresses, Lokar soon regains a physical body, being centipede-based.
