Synopsis

Tommy Oliver, best known from his countless Ranger titles, is now the head of an organization called the Hexagon. In 2003, Hexagon recruits three people as their Rangers. However, not all Rangers are on the side of the government, as there are rebel Rangers, known as the Beetle Rangers.

Description of Birdbrain:

Birdbrain is an owl/rocket monster, created by Zurgane to cause mayhem at Angel Grove. Being an owl-based monster, he can fly at towards his enemies, making almost impossible for the Rangers to attack. Birdbrain can also fire feather-like missiles from his wings.
