Matt(O'Brien), Thackery(Holland), Zoey(Deutch) and his siblings managed to escape the vampiric cult but at the loss of one of their own Cameron(Keery) who was killed by Nathan(Poulter) the leader who had turned into a vampire during an attack on the cult's settlement, all the while Matt's brother Shane(Scobell) is suffering an asthma attack and they need immediate help.
