Story Plot

In the tropical paradise of Hawaii, crime rates are soaring, and the local police force is overwhelmed. The mayor of Honolulu decides to call in reinforcements from the mainland, and who better to answer the call than the recruits from Mahoney's academy? Their mission is to assist the local police and stop the ruthless crime lord Victor Kane from terrorizing the islands and upsetting the locals.
