This Pokemon is Aperon, a messenger of the divine Pokemon Arceus, and it comes bearing grave news: Arceus is losing its faith in the good of people and Pokemon, and as a result, it's losing its power as well! If Arceus completely loses faith, both it and the world will cease to be! Hearing this, Blossom agrees to help Aperon with its plan to show Arceus there's still good in the world, and to help her with this goal, Aperon gives her a special wand that allows her to transform into a powerful witch!
