Synopsis

One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friends! ‖ Fancast for a hypothetical Pokepark sequel. Description of Wooloo (English Dub):

A young Pokemon that Eevee befriends in the Ring of Stamina, and the Ground-type member of her party. Wooloo grew up in the rockiest and most rugged of cliffs, and because of this, his wool is as rock hard as his determination! He can take anything his opponents throw at him, no matter the blow.
