One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friend...read more

Description of Trubbish (English Dub):

A young Pokemon Pikachu befriends in the Ring of Laughter, and the Poison-type member of his party. Trubbish is an awkward, clumsy girl who doesn't really have many friends, and is often treated as a laughingstock by the ones she does have. In spite of this, she does care for them, if only because she doesn't realize they're being mean to her... But befriending Pikachu might help her realize what true friends are really like. Her attacks carry a poisonous punch that can easily weaken foes, but she's not at all that sturdy.
