One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friend...read more

Obstagoon is one of the lost Pokemon you meet in Ring of Instinct. Though he looks big and tough, he's actually a huge coward and really doesn't enjoy fighting at all, preferring to let her teammates do the dirty work. By reuniting him with his teammates Wobbuffet, Meowth and Mimikyu, you can befriend him and tag him in for certain attractions.
