One day, as all laid peaceful in the PokePark, many mysterious rings emerged from the sky and swept up the park's residents in their grip! Before he even knew it, Pikachu and his friends found themselves at a mysterious carnival run by Hoopa and their caretaker Blacephalon, who intend to keep Pikachu's friends captive so Hoopa can have friends of their own. After failing to save his friends and barely avoiding being captured by Hoopa, Pikachu meets Eevee—another young Pokemon who had also lost her friends to Hoopa's clutches—and together, the two of them brave Hoopa's nine-ring circus in order to stop Hoopa's tricks and rescue their friend...read more

Description of Impidimp (English Dub):

A young Pokemon that Eevee befriends in the Ring of Laughter, and the Fairy-type member of her party. Impidimp isn't really sure how she got here, or what this Hoopa kid's doing... Really, she's always got her head in the close and a lackadaisical smile on her face, and nobody really knows what she's thinking. Though she's a bit slow to act, in battle she becomes a ferocious beast of a fighter.
