Synopsis

Ash Ketchum is a boy from Pallet Town, who dreams of becoming a Pokémon Master, like his hero Red Tajiri. However, on the day to get his first Pokémon, he arrives late and he ends up receiving a rebellious Pikachu. However the two will learn to respect one another and see themselves as brothers. Ash and Pikachu, alongside Gym Leaders Misty and Brock, will venture throughout the Kanto region, meeting Pokémon and dangers, and who knows. Maybe it’ll take them through the whole world!

Description of Hunting down the boss (Flashback scene):

Looker and Blue explain to Ash and Company about how Interpol have been hunting down Giovanni for a while. And the last attempt to arrest him was when they stormed the Viridian Gym, only to find it empty. Because Giovanni fled after he disbanded Team Rocket, following his defeat at the hands of Red and Blue.
