An idea for a Pokémon fanfic

6 years after the events of Pokémon Journeys, Cyrus returns, reforms Team Galactic, and successfully destroys the universe as part of an initiation mission to join a larger evil team known as Team Ragnarok, formed from variants of evil teams from across the multiverse. But, to stop Team Ragnarok, Arceus saves Ash from the universe's destruction, and sends him back in time to the day he started his journey, with newfound skills in using the Aura, the ability to restore the memories of his Pokémon & friends, as well as their Pokémon, and give Pokémon the ability to speak telepathically via the Aura. However, the new timeline has several differences from the old one, due to it being merged with a neighboring timeline. Can Ash & co save the Multiverse from Team Ragnarok?
