Synopsis

One day, without any sort of warning, all the adults disappeared from the world of Pokemon, and the kids who were left behind have found themselves at a loss as they try to move on or find out what became of those around them... Among these kids being a group of five orphans, who, following the mysterious disappearance of their caretakers, set off on a journey across the Pokemon World to discover what happened to the adults and how to bring them back. ‖ Fancast for a hypothetical Pokemon Mystery Dungeon game. Description of Togepi (English Dub):

One of the additional playable characters who joins the heroes in Act II. Togepi is actually the oldest of the kids, but because he looks so young, everyone from strangers to his own family looks down on him, and because of that he has a bit of a chip on his shoulder. He joins up with the heroes because he believes that if he rescues the adults, they won't think of him as some helpless kid anymore. Child VAs only.
