Pichu is Riolu's sister, with their eggs having been left together at their orphanage home's doorstep, and though she's a bit of a crybaby, she wants to become someone strong and dependable. And when the adults all go missing, she takes this as her opportunity to take charge and become the Pokemon she dreamed of being should she be chosen as the hero. Child VAs only.
