Description of Kubfu (English Dub):

Though Kubfu lives in the Mythical Pokemon's world, she's not actually one of their ranks. Rather, long ago she was the young Pokemon who soothed their rage and stopped them from causing trouble across the other world, resulting in her being chosen to look after and guide them when they were sealed away. They regard her as being like their older sister, but rarely listen to her as of late. So, she snuck into the heroes' world and left them hints on how to find the missing adults in hopes that they could reach out to the mythicals and talk some sense into them.
