Character Description
The Legendary who rules over the skies, and throughout history has served to mediate Groudon and Kyogre's spats. Normally it resides high up in the heavens, but it's laid deep underground ever since it was petrified in the wake of Dark Matter's war. When Groudon and Kyogre are revived and return to their bitter war, however, the hero must awaken Rayquaza so it can set its charges right.
