Character Description
The god of the moon, who rules the weather of the Pokemon world alongside Lugia. It was petrified during the war against Dark Matter, and without it to control the weather, natural disasters and extreme climates have run rampant along the Pokemon world. Thus, the heroes team up with Team Dare to revive it.
