Synopsis

The archetype cool girl Jennifer and her geeky nerd of a brother David one day find themselves conflicted over who will watch the tv, both with equally petty reasons. After a TV repair man comes over, they fight for the remote only to find themselves transported into a whimsical vintage world of the tv show: Pleasantville. While it all seems sunshine and roses they slowly begin to realise the issues with the childhood dream land, correcting them, unknown to the consequences that would follow.

Description of TV Repair Man (The One Responsible):

The TV repair man I’d the one responsible for sending Jennifer and David to pleasantville. After their quarrel, David and Jennifer break the tv remote, this leads to Jennifer storming off and the tv repairman unexpectedly arriving at the door. He slips numerous pleasantville trivia questions into his sentences, David a seeing them all correct. With this he gives David a new tv remote, this sends the two into pleasantville. It is unclear why he ever does this.
