Plastic Man returns to his home town of Mammoth City, where he stumbles into recently released Arkham Inmate Woozy Winks. After returning, he hears of a deadly mobster who actually thinks he’s a reincarnation of Zeus as well as two criminals who recently escaped from Arkham Asylum.
