Fan Casting Plastic Man (Season 2)

When we last saw him, Plastic Man just stop the crime lord, Rupert Thorne. which lead him to get him finally recognized by the people of his city as a heroe, and thinks things finally are going the way he wants. Sadly, it doesn't seems so. As his old partner in crime from his past, Kite-Man, returns with a group of weird supervillains to terrorize the city and hurt anyone he loves. Now, Plastic Man must get the help of another elastic heroe, Elongated Man, if he wants to stop Kite Man for good. If only, they're rivalry wasn't getting in their way
