Ben's DCCU (Phase Four)
When attempting to break into a S.T.A.R. Labs facility in Mammoth City, professional thief Patrick "Eel" O'Brien ends up being doused in experimental chemicals that gives him the ability to shape-shift and stretch his body. Deciding to leave behind his life of crime, Patrick decides to become a superhero under the name "Plastic Man", and decides to do battle with a pair of escaped convicts from nearby Gotham City.
