Story Plot
Patrick “Eel” O’Brian, a washed-up thug and wisecracking failure, is mutated into an elastic, shape-shifting freak during a heist gone wrong. On the run and struggling to keep his mind intact, he stumbles into a conspiracy tied to a chemical weapons empire and the people he left behind.
Eel faces a question he’s never asked before: Can a piece of garbage ever become something more?
