Themegacaster’s Comicverse (Phase Three)
Patrick O'Brien , a small time thief working with the Joker, is injured during one of his robbery attempts at Crawford Chemicals and doused with a chemical liquid. He's abandoned by his gang and left to die. He manages to help himself out, but later on finds out that the chemicals have given him the ability to stretch, bounce and mould into any shape he wished. He decides to denounce his crime life and counter it by using his powers to hit back at his old gang
