Patrick 'Plas' O' Brein aka Plastic Man and his new friend, Ralph Dibny aka Elongated Man team up once again for a mystery... A string of stolen priceless jewels around Central City is occurring and it's up to Plas and Dibny to solve it. They are on hot pursuit solving this mystery/case. Suddenly, they come face to face with a very extremely skilled but dark matter enhanced contortionist calling himself Rag Doll (Peter Merkel) (Peter Merkel and Patrick O'Brian were old best friends, they met in the crime/robbing industry). {Some scenes involving Rag Doll will be very disturbing and stomach churning due to his body bending in very unusual and freaky ways, in some ways it looks like what you'd see in horror flicks. Rag Doll's presence gives off horror vibes}. Rag Doll is a very extremely experienced theif. Can the Stretchy crime fighters stop this freak-show from stealing more goods?
